We are offering an exciting role for a Security Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing robust cybersecurity programs, leading cross-departmental investigations, and managing a team of cybersecurity analysts. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends. Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the implementation of a robust cybersecurity program to safeguard the company's assets

• Establish cross-departmental investigation and response capabilities in collaboration with peers across the organization

• Manage a team of cybersecurity analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities

• Oversee the evaluation and implementation of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and cloud security solutions

• Implement industry-adopted frameworks and methodologies for cybersecurity

• Lead the Security Operations Center team to develop incident response capabilities

• Conduct risk assessments, threat analyses, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks

• Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans

• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, regulations, and industry best practices

• Represent the cybersecurity department and communicate security-related information to senior management and stakeholders

• Foster a culture of security within the organization.

• Proven experience in a Security Manager role or similar
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Access Control systems
• Proficiency in Database management and security
• Familiarity with Detection and EO/IR systems
• Experience with Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
• Auditing skills, particularly within a security context
• Knowledge of Casino Gaming security measures
• Experience with CCTV operation and maintenance
• Excellent Documentation skills
• Ability to Implement Strategies for security risk mitigation
• Knowledge of Cyber Security principles and practices
• Ability to identify and manage Security Vulnerabilities
• Experience with Vulnerability Scanning and remediation
• Demonstrated ability to devise and implement Vulnerability Remediation strategies.
